Veilara Shipping Policy

Free Delivery All Over Pakistan

Every Veilara order is delivered free of charge anywhere in Pakistan. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sale periods, bad weather, or for remote areas.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details with you so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Missing or Damaged Items

If any piece is missing from your order by our mistake, or the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the missing piece or a replacement free of charge. See our Exchange & Refund Policy for details.
