Thank you for shopping with Veilara. We want you to love your abaya. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Free Exchange within 7 Days

• If you don't like your abaya, or the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another design or size within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are completely free. You pay nothing for the return or for delivery of the replacement, anywhere in Pakistan.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• If the new item is priced higher, only the price difference is payable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

100% Refund for Defective Products

• If your product is defective or damaged, or its quality does not match the pictures or video shown on our website, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
• Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, with photos or a video of the problem. An unboxing video helps us resolve your case faster.
• Returns are free. Veilara covers the return delivery cost.
• If you prefer, you can choose an exchange instead of a refund.

Missing Items

If any piece is missing from your order by our mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will deliver the missing piece to you free of charge.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will confirm your request and arrange the return.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we will send your replacement or process your refund.

Not Eligible

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
